Carbonara

カルボナーラをよく作るようになった。

簡単でおいしい。

家族も好きな味。

赤ワインにもよく合う。（たまに飲む）

今朝は娘のサッカーの試合に行って、

帰り道にパン屋のカフェでモカを飲み、ソーセージーロールを食べ、

帰宅。

そのあとは娘の学校の宿題の本読みをして、ポケモンを一緒に見た。

その間、旦那は仕事仲間が家に来ててお仕事の話をしていた。

そのあと、カルボナーラを作り、ニンジンとセロリスティック、アボカドとクリーチーズのディップ、ホマス、とうもろこしで遅めのランチ。

そのあと、娘と家の前で運動した。娘がコーチでいろいろな運動を思いつき、

一緒にやるというもの。面白かった(笑)

そのあと近所の公園に遊びに行って、帰ってきて、娘はシャワーを浴びて

映画MOANAを見た。

そして終わったころ、私の椅子の上で丸まって寝てたのを発見したので

ベッドに運びました。

そんな一日。

今日は日中温かくて、気持ちよかった。

自分は幸せだと思う。すごく。

I often make carbonara. It's easy and tasty. My family likes it!

This morning, we had our daughter's soccer game. Every Saturday morning, we get up early, thanks to her soccer.  It is good because our day starts early even on weekends.

She gets along well with her teamates. Her soccer skill has been improved.

She ran hard and went to get a ball. She didn't hold back.

On the way back, we stopped by at a bakery cafe.

I had Mocha and a sausage roll.

In the afternoon, I played with my daughter in front of our house.

It was a beautiful day, warm in the sun.

She was a coach and came up with a lot of exercising activities. It was fun!

She has so many ideas. I said to her, 'You can become a sports teacher!'.

After that, we went to a park nearby and came home.

I put a movie 'MOANA' on my laptop for her.

At the end of the movie, she fell in a sleep on my chair, curled up like a cat lol

I carried her to her bed.

I'm very happy. My life is filled with bright colours.
